Absolutely brilliant shop and customer service. Got measured, did a treadmill assessment and within the week realised I'd got slightly the wrong shoes (too narrow). Took them back and they exchanged without a fuss! Brilliant people and brilliant shop. They are all runners too which is a wonderful change from most sports shops.

Despite being busy, gave me plenty of attention and selected the right running shoes to work with my existing orthotics to keep my foot and leg aligned. They have a running machine and camera system and have me advice that was consistent with that from my podiatrist. Good practical advice along the way.
