so on the 8th of february i ordered a witty wings sabena 737 then 2 days later i phoned them up to check the status of my order and then he said that they did not have it in stock but why would you sell someting to someone without having it in stock but then kindly the man said i could have a full refund or a new model for no extra charge of my choice so i then ordered the mas kargo 747-400 by phoenix and he said that will be shipped tomorrow monday and will be here on tuesday the same week so overall nice,helful and kind staff
Helpful customer service, I was able to reach them through the website, email and Facebook to make a change for my order. Understandable speed for delivery for a company of such scale, I shopped with them 3 times. First time it shipped after a week however the second time after two weeks it's still awaiting fulfilment. Website is easy to use, and they have many models.
