I have never had service so bad as in this store. Ridiculously long queues nearly all the time, staff who are more concerned with checking their mobile phones or making themselves a cup of tea even though there were 14 people in the queue. Once you get served its difficult to get an pleasantries out of them and eye contact is impossible. In 3 words Rude, unhelpful, inhospitable.
